About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Manager, Field & Partner , Marketing to lead and execute high-impact marketing initiatives in collaboration with our technology and cloud ecosystem partners. This role is ideal for a creative, results-driven marketer with a passion for building strong brands, managing large-scale events, and driving joint marketing efforts that fuel growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning
Develop and manage quarterly and annual partner marketing plans aligned with partner goals and marketing opportunities.Lead joint business planning with partner teams to foster collaboration and shared growth.Execute partner-aligned initiatives such as trade shows, conferences, solution launches, awards, and sponsorships.Drive joint portfolio marketing and thought leadership with internal and external stakeholders.Secure and optimize Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for joint campaigns.Support onboarding and marketplace activation for joint solutions.Champion partner value propositions across internal and external channels.Event Management
Plan and execute events including trade shows, conferences, and service launches.Manage large-scale customer conclaves with budgets exceeding $250K.Oversee event logistics : venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.Ensure seamless execution and customer experience through stakeholder collaboration.Brand Building
Elevate Tredences brand through content marketing, executive visibility, and media engagement.Monitor market trends and craft bold, differentiated brand strategies.Amplify brand presence through tech talks, thought leadership, and strategic platforms.Relationship Building
Cultivate relationships with industry influencers, partners, and vendors.Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs.Represent the brand at events and foster positive customer relationships.Metrics and Reporting
Maintain campaign and event performance trackers.Consolidate data from various platforms for reporting and reviews.Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in partner-led roles.Experience with technology / cloud partners (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS).Strong storytelling and messaging skills with a client-first mindset.Proven experience in managing large events and multi-channel campaigns.Proficiency in marketing and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Demandbase).Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
