Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Solution Engineer based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating enterprise crisis management system solutions adapted to client requirements. Daily tasks include software development, providing consulting services to clients, assisting in pre-sales activities, and supporting seamless system integrations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to customize playbooks and maintain the usability of tools will also be a key part of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Software Development and Integration Experience in Consulting to understand customer needs and propose effective solutions Strong skills in Sales and Presales for effectively communicating solutions and value propositions to clients Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Slack, and Google Sheets for project execution is an advantage
