About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and driving measurable growth in leads, traffic, or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Performance Optimization :
- Continuously monitor campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI and CPA efficiency; adjust bids, creatives, and targeting based on data insights.
- Analytics & Reporting :
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
- A / B Testing :
- Develop and execute experiments on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Budget Management :
- Manage monthly / quarterly budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels to meet business objectives.
- Market & Competitor Analysis :
- Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of proven experience in performance or digital marketing.Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager .Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint for campaign analysis and reporting.Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.Experience using tools like Hotjar, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Data Studio is a plus.
