Job Summary :
As a Trainee Tour, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing travel itineraries for clients. You will support the operations team with day-to-day tasks, ensure smooth communication with suppliers and clients, and gain hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in preparing tour quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals.
- Coordinate bookings with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other vendors.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Support in managing tour operations and ensuring timely confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
- Assist in preparing travel documents such as vouchers, confirmations, and invoices.
- Resolve on-tour issues promptly under supervision.
- Conduct research on destinations, attractions, and travel options to support sales and marketing.
- Learn and adhere to company procedures and service standards.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a must.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Work moda-Remote
