About Us :

Renfra Energy India Pvt Ltd , a unit of Speed Team Group, is a leader in the renewable energy sector, specializing in large-scale wind and solar power projects. Our commitment to sustainability and innovative solutions drives us to deliver impactful and environmentally responsible projects. We are currently undertaking an ambitious 50MW tracking system installation, and we invite you to be part of this milestone project.

Role Overview :

We are seeking 20 dedicated individuals to form a team responsible for the assembly and erection of Module Mounting Structures (MMS) & solar modules for a 50MW tracking system. This includes positions for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled personnel. Successful candidates will work closely with our engineering and site management teams to ensure efficient and timely project execution.

Positions Available :

1. Skilled Manpower (5 Positions) :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute MMS material erection for the tracking system.
  • Perform line tower erection work (as applicable).
  • Collaborate with site engineers and adhere to project specifications.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in MMS erection, tracking system setup, or line tower erection.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and site work best practices.

    • 2. Semi-Skilled Manpower (5 Positions) :

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in torquing work, MMS, and module erections.
  • Work under skilled personnel to achieve project goals.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum experience in torquing or MMS / module erections.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
  • Basic understanding of safety and project execution protocols.

    • 3. Unskilled Manpower (10 Positions) :

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide general assistance and labor support during MMS & module assembly.
  • Execute tasks as assigned by supervisors or skilled team members.

    • Requirements :

  • Willingness to learn and work in a challenging environment.
  • Physical fitness for site-based work.
  • Prior experience in construction is a plus but not mandatory.
