Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Recruitment Manager specializing in NON-IT Bulk and Leadership Hiring. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include managing and executing bulk and leadership hiring strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, coordinating with department teams, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics and staying updated on industry hiring trends.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and bulk hiring strategies
• Proficiency in leadership hiring, interview coordination, and recruitment planning
• Experience with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data-driven hiring approaches
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a recruitment manager or similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
