DotNet Full Stack developer

We’re looking for a technically strong Lead Developer with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in software development.

You’ll lead a small team of engineers, architect scalable solutions, and drive the development of high-impact products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, solves solving complex problems, and enjoys mentoring others.

🛠️ Responsibilities

Delivery Management and end-to-end responsibilities of web / RPA / Optimizer applications

Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features on time

Review code, enforce best practices, and guide junior developers

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements

💡 Requirements

Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, Python, Angular, Node.js, AWS, MS SQL Server

Solid understanding of design patterns, system architecture, and DevOps practices

Experience with version control (Git), CI / CD pipelines, and agile methodologies

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
