Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level professional with extensive expertise in oil filtration for a full-time position located in Hyderabad. The role requires a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills to maintain and improve hydraulic and lubrication systems through effective filtration techniques.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in oil analysis techniques to assess and maintain oil quality (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with hydraulic filtration systems for optimal fluid cleanliness and system performance (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of ISO cleanliness codes to ensure compliance with industry standards (Mandatory skill).
• Understanding of centrifugal filtration systems for efficient separation of contaminants from oils.
• Experience with vacuum dehydrators for the removal of water from hydraulic and lubrication oils.
• Ability to use particle counting equipment for monitoring and controlling contamination levels in fluids.
• Skills in fluid condition monitoring to ensure reliable machinery operation and minimize downtime.
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance strategies to prevent equipment failures and extend service life.
