The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and dashboarding. The ideal candidate will help drive financial insights, support business decisions, and strengthen financial governance across the organization.

Job Description :

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, financial statements, and performance analytics.
• Build and manage FP&A dashboards (Power BI / Tableau / Sheets) for real-time financial visibility.
• Support tax, statutory compliance, and audit requirements from a finance standpoint.
• Manage vendor finance processes-invoice tracking, payment coordination, and contract compliance.
• Partner with procurement to optimize costs and ensure accurate financial controls.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic and operational decisions.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and cross-functional requests.
