Responsibilities for Client Services Executive
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns, branding activities, and digital marketing deliverables on time.
- Identify research needs, execute studies, and analyze insights to discover new client opportunities.
- Stay current on market trends, competitive activity, and client industry developments.
- Assist in developing and implementing brand communication strategies across multiple media platforms.
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
