Job Location : Bangalore, Mumbai & Gurugram.

Years of experience & Salary :

3 Years - 6 Years : 10LPA Fixed + Variables. (Bangalore & Gurugram)

6 Years- 13 Years : 13LPA Fixed + Variables. (Bangalore & Mumbai)

Notice Period- Immediate - 30 Days

Qualification- Any Graduate & Postgraduate (Regular Based)

Shift- Night shift

Skills Required

• Understanding of English grammar – Parts of Speech, Subject Verb Agreement rules and Articles.
• What approach should a trainer or coach take to provide Feedback effectively to resources who are non-receptive, former peers, etc.
• How does one create conduct Training Needs Analysis and how does it differ from Training Needs Identification?
• What is quarterly management?
• How does one conduct Root Cause Analysis? – 5 Why technique.
• having conducted New Hire training's on grammar and voice & accent.
• Must have conducted email, call or chat audits, and have knowledge of different feedback mechanisms (Sandwich model, GROW model, etc.).
• Must have strong knowledge of customer service, culture sensitization, first contact resolution, interpersonal skills, etc.
• No observable errors in grammar and pronunciations.
• Strong knowledge of English sounds (20 vowel and 24 consonant sounds), ways to correct sound corruptions, knowledge of major sound corruptions in people from different regions.
