- Perform first-level interviews for shortlisted candidates to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Uncover hidden online information with tenacity and advanced research techniques.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing daily activities to identify leads and engage talent online and over the phone.
- Collaborate with global teams to assemble and execute sourcing methods that deliver quality candidates.
