About the Role : We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing web, mobile, or enterprise applications, with a strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies. You’ll be responsible for identifying bugs, ensuring product quality, and collaborating closely with developers and business analysts to deliver reliable, high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and execute test cases , test scenarios , and test plans based on project requirements.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) .

Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA , Bugzilla , or similar.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.

Participate in test planning , review meetings , and quality discussions .

Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing and sanity checks .

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1–2 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing.

Good understanding of SDLC , STLC , and Defect Life Cycle .

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Experience using test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to perform data validation will be an added advantage.
