Position Title : Business Analytics Fellowship Associate
Program Duration : 6 – 8 Months (Full-Time Fellowship)
Role Summary
The Business Analytics Fellowship Associate will participate in a structured, project-based learning program designed to build foundational and intermediate analytics skills. Fellows will work on real-world analytical projects, receive mentorship from industry professionals, and engage with business stakeholders to gain practical experience across the analytics lifecycle—data collection, cleaning, modelling, visualization, and business storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Documentation
- Complete assigned analytics learning projects such as data cleaning exercises, KPI dashboards, exploratory data analysis reports, and predictive modelling tasks, submitting project files through the designated platform.
- Build interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools to track KPIs such as revenue, churn, customer segments, and operational metrics.
- Develop analytical reports summarizing trends, patterns, and insights from datasets. Assist in building statistical or machine learning models depending on project requirements (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).
- Research & Analytical Framework Development
- Research analytics best practices, BI methodologies, and industry benchmarks to apply within fellowship projects.
- Propose improvements to existing dashboards, business reports, and data-driven processes.
- Document analytical workflows, datasets used, business metrics definitions, and model performance.
- Analytical Reporting & Insight Presentation
- Prepare and present analysis results, dashboards, and models during team workshops or mentoring sessions.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Develop structured presentations or reports to communicate insights to business leaders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with mentors, team members, and business stakeholders to gather
project requirements and validate insights.
Participate in peer reviews, project showcases, analytical debates, and problem-solving activities.Incorporate feedback to enhance the accuracy and relevance of analytical outputs.Learning OutcomesDevelop proficiency in the end-to-end analytics workflow : data collection, cleaning, modelling, and visualization.Gain hands-on experience with business metrics, KPI tracking, BI dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.Strengthen analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business communication skills.Build a portfolio showcasing analytics dashboards, reports, models, and case studies—demonstrating job readiness for business analyst and data roles.Qualifications
Graduate degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.Early-career analysts or recent graduates preferred.Proficiency in Excel required; familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools is an advantage.Strong analytical mindset, logical reasoning, and attention to detail.Clear written and verbal communication skills.Program Benefits
