Role Overview :
The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for designing and executing scalable HR systems, processes, and strategies that support the company’s growth. This role demands a proactive leader with deep experience in startup environments, a proven track record of scaling HR operations, and a strong command of technology to automate and optimize HR functions. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in nurturing and evolving the company’s culture as it grows.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of HR systems to support scaling from 50 to 200 employees.
- Build and manage a high-performing HR team as the company grows.
- Actively foster and evolve the existing company culture to ensure it scales meaningfully with the organization.
HR Analytics & Systems
Set up and manage HR analytics to drive data-informed decisions.Develop dashboards and reporting tools for workforce metrics, attrition, engagement, and performance.Leverage technology to automate HR processes and improve operational efficiency.Performance & Compensation Management
Design and implement performance management frameworks that foster growth and accountability.Lead compensation strategy, benchmarking, and execution to ensure competitiveness and fairness. Payroll, PF & ComplianceOversee payroll processing and Provident Fund (PF) administration.Ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Build or support scalable and tech-enabled recruitment systems to support rapid hiring.Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast needs and attract top talent.Employee Experience, Culture & Wellbeing
Champion employee wellbeing initiatives to support a healthy and productive workforce.Foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous feedback.Ensure the company’s core values and cultural identity are preserved and strengthened during rapid growth.Qualifications & Experience
Experience scaling a company from 50 to 200 employees in a fast paced startup environment is mandatory.Proven ability to report directly to the CEO and influence executive decision-making.Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll, and PF regulations.Hands-on experience in HR analytics, performance management, and compensation strategy.Demonstrated success in building recruitment systems and automating and scaling HR operations.Prior experience in a startup is mandatory.
