Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree from a reputed institution and a minimum of 8 years of experience in designing buildings, particularly in the healthcare, hospitality, education, and sports sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in concept development, space planning, design detailing, sustainability, and modern architectural trends. The role requires excellent leadership and coordination skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct feasibility and viability studies for real estate and infrastructure projects, including FSI utilisation and development potential.

Prepare and analyze financial models, sensitivity analyses, and cash flow projections.

Undertake detailed market research and benchmarking studies to assess supply–demand trends and pricing.

Assist in preparing strategic Development mix / product mix.

Collaborate with the design and planning teams to ensure development mix aligns with market and financial feasibility.

Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and proposals for internal and client discussions.

Engage in client meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to business developmen

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture plus a Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related field.

Strong understanding of real estate dynamics, development regulations, and planning frameworks.

Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling, PowerPoint, and report writing.

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work on multiple assignments and deliver within timelines.

Experience with feasibility studies, FSI analysis, or transaction advisory.

Knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.

Strong understanding of prevailing regulations especially DCPR & UDCPR 2034
