Job Summary :
- We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer with hands-on expertise in platform development and full lifecycle implementations.
- The candidate should have experience in key ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, as well as Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience with large-scale CRM systems is desirable.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and CSM modules.Participate in full lifecycle implementations, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules : Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog.Implement CSM module features and integrations with CRM systems.Develop workflows, business rules, scripts, and client / server-side logic.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues efficiently.Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members.Required Skills And Qualifications :
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.Proven full lifecycle implementation experience in ITSM modules.Experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) module.Knowledge of large-scale CRM systems integration.Strong scripting skills : JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow-specific technologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.(ref : hirist.tech)
