Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who’ll work alongside the founding team to execute on our mission and help build Arctan into a category-defining company.

If you’re someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to learn how companies scale, this opportunity is for you. You’ll need to navigate ambiguity and figure things out across Product, GTM, Hiring, and operations.

What we’re looking for :

Final-year student or recent graduate.

Crisp written & verbal communication

Entrepreneurial bias to action - scrappy, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity.

Ability to turn messy inputs into executive-ready content.

Strong research & analytical skills.

Strong sales orientation.

Bonus : Exposure to startups, business development, or AI.
