Consultant / Manager – IT Strategy & M&A (EY-Parthenon)

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Consultant / Manager – IT Strategy & M&A with 2–8 years of experience to join our Deal Tech team in Bengaluru or Hyderabad . In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping clients navigate the complexities of technology in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), carve-outs, and integrations. You will partner with business leaders to design and execute IT strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage IT Strategy & M&A projects, including carve-outs, TSA (Transition Service Agreements), and post-merger integrations.
• Support clients in Day 1 & Day 100 planning, IMO (Integration Management Office) activities, and separation execution.
• Provide strategic insights on IT investments, digital transformation, and operating models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess IT capabilities, risks, and integration challenges.
• Develop presentations and reports to communicate recommendations to senior executives.
• Work with cross-functional teams across IT, business, and operations for successful deal execution.
