• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including financial, operational, and market analysis.
• Support the negotiation and execution of equity and debt investments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain visibility into portfolio company performance, prepare regular reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making.
• Identify and support initiatives to create value within portfolio companies, driving long-term growth and profitability.
