Role Overview :
As a Senior Graphic Designer at Elance, you will take a lead role in defining and elevating our visual identity across all digital platforms. Beyond creating stunning designs, you will guide and mentor the design team, ensuring all creative outputs align with brand strategy and marketing goals. Your understanding of marketing fundamentals, attention to detail, and creative leadership will be key to maintaining Elances distinct visual voice and driving impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Creative Direction & Design Execution
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver visually appealing creatives for ad campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and brand assets.
- Maintain a consistent visual language that aligns with the brands tone and communication goals.
2. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor the graphic design team, guiding them through concept development, execution, and review.Collaborate with the content, marketing, and video teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.Encourage innovation and creativity while maintaining workflow efficiency.3. Brand Development & Consistency
Strengthen and evolve Elances visual identity across all creative touchpoints.Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines while introducing fresh and creative perspectives.4. Marketing Alignment
Translate marketing strategies into powerful, conversion-driven visual designs.Apply a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and audience behavior to design decisions.5. Research, Innovation & AI Integration
Stay updated with design trends, creative tools, and technologies to enhance the visual appeal and relevance of the brand.Demonstrate strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud suite , especially Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop .Show a passion for integrating AI into creative workflows and possess working knowledge of AI-based design tools and automation.6. Timeliness & Accountability
Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.Be proactive and flexible in addressing last-minute design requirements.
