About the role

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead & expand the ESG advisory practice - Build and mentor a team and develop client relationships in ESG domains.
• Drive ESG business development - Prepare proposals, scope projects, and secure new clients in sustainability advisory.
• Design and implement ESG strategy - Including materiality mapping, climate risk assessment, GHG foot printing, decarbonization planning aligned with SBTi, and standards like GRI, TCFD, EU Taxonomy, ESG framework, BRSR reporting.
• Manage ESG reporting and assurance - Oversee data collection, assurance engagements, sustainability disclosures, zerowaste and ISO certifications.
• Lead commercial strategy - Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to enhance the company's market presence and competitiveness.
• Stay ahead of global sustainability trends - Advise leadership on ESG risks / opportunities and foster a culture of customercentric innovation in the organization.
