Role Overview :

We are looking for a Configuration Lead to oversee the implementation of healthcare products. You will lead a team, ensure high-quality delivery, and work closely with both technical and business teams to meet client requirements on time.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the configuration and setup of healthcare administration products.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Guide and mentor Configuration Analysts and Engineers to follow best practices.
• Design and configure systems for Claims and Clinical Operations.
• Run Agile sprints, including planning, backlog grooming, and demos.
• Ensure configuration meets standards and review design compliance.
• Coordinate with Integration, Conversion, and Testing teams for smooth project execution.
• Provide project updates, identify risks, and propose solutions.
• Participate in client demos, resolve issues, and support product adoption.
