We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to lead and manage IT infrastructure, endpoint security, and compliance initiatives. The role requires deep technical expertise in cloud and on-prem environments, strong leadership in security and operations, and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune.
About the Role
The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for overseeing various IT infrastructure and security initiatives, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
NP-Immediate- 15 days
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain infrastructure roadmap for on-premises and cloud.
- Establish IT standards, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Ensure 24×7 availability of identity, email, collaboration, and business systems.
- Lead observability practices including monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Full ownership of Microsoft 365 services and Intune administration.
- Collaborate with the CISO to maintain ISO 27001 / SOC2 compliance.
- Manage WAN / LAN / Wi-Fi, VPN / SD-WAN, firewalls, DNS / DHCP / IPAM.
- Oversee hosting, DNS / SSL, backups, and security hardening for websites.
- Define Intune / Autopilot baselines and manage hardware lifecycle.
- Govern Teams usage and build internal tools using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Lead migrations from on-prem Exchange to Exchange Online.
- Develop and test DR / BCP plans and conduct recovery drills.
- Maintain CMDB, network diagrams, SOPs, and change control.
- Provide L1–L3 support and collaborate with global teams.
Qualifications
Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and ISO 27001.Required Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.Experience in IT infrastructure, security, and compliance.Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud technologies and security frameworks.Pay range and compensation package
