Mendu Herbs is a premium Himalayan Shilajit resin brand, ethically sourced and grounded in Ayurvedic wellness principles. We're scaling our DTC presence internationally through Shopify and driving aggressive growth via performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
The Role
We're seeking a full-time Motion Graphics Designer & Creative Strategist to lead creative direction across all paid channels. You'll develop strategic creative pillars, produce video content and UGC assets, and provide data-driven creative recommendations that inform our paid advertising performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop creative strategy and messaging pillars for Meta, TikTok, and Youtube campaigns
- Design and produce motion graphics, animated content, and short-form videos optimized for each platform
- Script and direct UGC content concepts; review and refine creator submissions for brand alignment
- Analyze campaign performance data and identify winning creative patterns to optimize future production
- Build and maintain creative asset library and documentation systems
Required qualifications
Proven experience creating content for paid advertising with focus on conversion metricsPortfolio examples showing ads / videos that drove measurable ROAS improvementsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalentStrong UGC scripting and direction expertiseVideo editing and post-production skillsAnalytics-driven mindset with ability to connect creative decisions to measurable outcomesProject management and ability to work independently in remote environmentPreferred qualifications
DTC eCommerce background, especially supplement or wellness brandsExperience with performance creative best practices (problem-solution, testimonial formats)
