Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Reservations Specialist located on-site in Guwahati. The Reservations Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming reservations, managing booking systems, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, processing bookings, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with any reservation-related issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with Reservations and handling booking systems
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales experience and ability to support sales activities
• Ability to provide Training and support to other team members
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software
• This is a paid internship starting between 40K - 45K per month
