Job descriptionMaster’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at senior secondary or IBDP level. Prior experience teaching in the IB Diploma Programme will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
Hill Spring International School invites applications from qualified and passionate educators for the position of IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) Business Management Teacher .
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in IBDP Business Management in alignment with the IB curriculum.
- Guide students in developing analytical, critical-thinking, and entrepreneurial skills.
- Support students through the IA (Internal Assessment) and Extended Essay processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary and inquiry-based learning experiences.
- Participate actively in the school’s professional learning, co-curricular, and pastoral initiatives.
