T24 Production support (01 / 11 / 2025)

Qualifications

• Ability to independently assist in production logs analysis, identify root cause and suggest or implement fixes for the same along with the operations, COB or the L3 Teams
• Excellent prior experience in production support projects using Temenos T24 for retail and commercial banking including TPH / FT modules
• Good experience in various Temenos modules including Accounts, Delivery, FT and other key modules used for Accounts, Lending, GL, Payments, Reporting
• Ability to ensure that all tickets are closed within SLA and no escalations
• To understand the infosec processes in place and follow them without any deviations
• Excellent communication and proactive reach out
• Strong Client Facing Skills
