Role Objective
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager, Campaigns to lead a team of digital marketing specialists focused on multi-channel marketing campaign management. This role will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class execution of marketing campaigns, collaborating daily with ERM’s industry and regional marketers and the Digital Marketing Director.
This is a hands-on management role focused on supporting the wider marketing team to design, build and execute marketing campaigns that will drive brand awareness in the market, engagement with new and existing prospects and generate demand that will drive commercial performance of the business.
You will have multi-channel expertise, being able to think holistically across the digital landscape (and beyond) to build curated campaign customer journeys. You will feel comfortable with leveraging email marketing, social media, paid media / search and websites / digital experience platforms to craft an engaging journey. You will be metric driven and use data to adjust the trajectory of campaigns to maximise their performance.
Optimising team performance and driving operational efficiency will be central to effectiveness and productivity of the team you manage.
