Role - Senior Developer

Years of Experience - 7+ years

(Technical / Behavioral Competency)

1. 10+ years of SAP PP / CPI experience and 7+ years of good domain experience in Variant Configuration and manufacturing

2. 2-3 end to end implementations & about 2 support projects in SAP

3. VC / PP / QM skills with experience gathering requirements, building FS, documenting test scripts and Training to users

4. Skills related to PP / QM master data, SAP batch Jobs, ABAP Debugging,

5. Analytical skills with business domain knowledge

6. Good English speaking capability

Role and Responsibilities

1. Facilitate the Deployment of global design template and do Fit gap analysis per Rollout considering the Localization elements

2. Liaison closely with business team to capture requirements related with manufacturing modules

3. Prepare design proposals for identified gaps and get it validated with Solution architect from M2D Stream

4. Coordinate with business and CTLs for information needed by implementation team for enabling system configurations and data setup

5. Modelling and documenting business processes using the process methodology. Providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and working together with the development team on SAP Configurations & custom developments.

6. Coordinate and execute the UAT workshops with business and identify the key issues to be processed

7. Stakeholder management ( Business / CTLs and SMEs)

8. Strive towards implementing the best practices and propose the Solution with emphasis on using standard available options

9. Prepare needed details for documentation for WRICEFS identified during Fit gap and process via the required approval flow as and when applicable

10. Align with team to keep all project documentation updated at any point of time
