Legal Manager

Job locations : Mumbai (Central line)

All Legal , litigation , non litigation and Corporate Affairs matters of the organisation :

Drafting & sending legal notices to defaulters, file the complaint against the defaulter civil / criminal case against debtors for defaulting payments to recovery.

Provide adviser to management and liasoning State Govt as well as Central Govt , Maharashtra State Pollution Board, textile Commissioner etc time to time.

Labour Matters : Labour related litigation before court / tribunal and advise to management time to time.

Liasoning with Insurances etc ,

land and building Matters with concerned department for obtaining plan approvals and handle pending Litigation pertinent to Land matters etc.

Required skills and Qualification

LLB with with minimum 15 yrs of experience in handling independently legal matters of manufacturing industry .

Sound knowledge of various laws.

Records keeping and computer knowledge is must.

Visit to Plant which is located at Wada (50 Km ) Thane , Maharashtra.

Prefer candidate from central line of Mumbai
