What You Should Know About This Job
We are a premium luxury watch brand ( 1-3 Lakh price range) looking to hire a smart, fast-learning, multi-skilled Business Development & Brand Expansion Executive. This role involves managing brand listings, growing B2B networks, handling 3PL coordination, Shopify plugin implementation, and overseeing Indian operations - working closely with the founder.
Key Responsibilities :
Onboard the brand to top international e-commerce platforms like Farfetch, MR PORTER, and othersCoordinate B2B pitches to global distributors, watch retailers, and duty-free operatorsManage relationships with global 3PL partners (Dubai, Hong Kong, India, Europe)Support integration of tools and plugins on Shopify (payment gateways, CRM, order management, email, etc.)Work with Instagram / Facebook / YouTube influencers and campaign partnersOversee Indian marketplace operations (Tata CLiQ Luxury, AJIO Luxe, Amazon, etc.)Assist in custom projects, partnerships, and retail expansion planningWork closely with the founder to implement instructions and act as a key business supportIdeal Candidate Profile :
Smart and fast learner with excellent execution ability - must understand and act quickly on founder instructionsStrong command of English, both verbal and writtenAbility to handle multi-dimensional tasks : business development, coordination, executionFamiliarity with Shopify or willing to learn tools & plugins fast1-3 years experience in e-commerce, operations, or business growth rolesStrong research skills and a proactive approach to problem-solvingJob Details :
