Job Title : HR Recruitment Head
Location : Agra, Uttar Pradesh
Experience Required : 5–10 years (Min 2 years team handling experience)
Work Mode : On-site (6 days working)

Key Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring across all departments.
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
Forecast manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Ensure efficient utilization of recruitment tools and databases.
Monitor hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost-per-hire, etc.) and improve overall performance.
Supervise a team of recruiters and allocate requirements based on priority.
Train and upskill the team in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and closing techniques.
Conduct regular performance reviews and set hiring targets for the team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement within the recruitment function.
Skills & Qualifications :
MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
5–10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including at least 2–3 years in a team-leading role.
Proven experience in managing high-volume and niche hiring.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent command over job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
