Experience : 3 - 10 years (relevant)

Banking domain experience :

Mandatory for Tier 2 / Tier 3 candidates.

Optional / Not Required - for Tier 1 candidates.

Role Overview :

Were hiring a Data Analyst specializing in banking analytics and insight generation. This role is less about reporting / visualization and more focused on deep analysis, SQL-based data extraction, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Extract, clean, and analyze large-scale banking datasets using SQL.
• Generate actionable insights on portfolio performance, customer behavior, and risk.
• Conduct deep-dives, ad-hoc analyses, and support stakeholders with recommendations.
• Collaborate with business & tech teams in a hybrid setup.
