The Role

You'll own Swayra's entire brand presence from Day One—not as a poster, but as a builder . This means strategy, content creation, creator partnerships, and performance—all driven by you.

You'll be a one-person content powerhouse who uses AI tools to multiply your creative output—moving 5x faster than traditional teams. You shoot, edit, strategize, and ship—all while keeping your finger on the pulse of culture.

What You'll Do

You'll wear four hats daily.

1. Brand & Social Strategy

• Define Swayra’s voice : witty, aesthetic, and culturally fluent—bridging Gen Z cool with Young Millennial relatability.
• Turn brand goals into weekly sprints (we don't do monthly calendars)
• Trendjack cultural moments and memes in real-time

You're the Right Fit If :

✅ AI-native mindset — You use tools to accelerate, not replace, your creativity
