Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Pega development teams in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Pega-related projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
• Oversee the development of Pega applications, including case management, decision management, and robotics automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure high-quality delivery of Pega projects, meeting business requirements and timelines
• Develop and implement Pega-related strategies, standards, and best practices
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, enhancing their Pega skills and knowledge
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with Pega governance and regulatory requirements
