Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will assess and develop individualized therapy plans for children to improve their fine and gross motor skills, self-care abilities, and overall functionality. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with parents and caregivers, maintaining detailed progress records, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team to support children's physical, cognitive, and emotional development.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation
• Basic understanding of Medicine and pediatric care
• Strong Communication skills for collaboration with parents, educators, and team members
• Experience working with children (Pediatrics focus) is highly desirable
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting children of varying needs
• AIOTA license
• Graduation : (if BOT, minimum of 1 year experience required)
• Graduation : (if MOT, no work experience required)
• Should know to develop goal-plans for children
• Capable to take assessments / evaluations
• Should be upgraded to current therapies
• Should be equipped with Sensory Integration
