Product AI Agent Developer – Copilot Studio, LLMs & Reinforcement Learning

Job Type : Part Time / Contract initially which can be converted to Full Time Later.

We’re looking for a forward-thinking AI Agent Developer to help us build intelligent business agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and LLMs. If you’re passionate about conversational AI, prompt tuning, and reinforcement learning, this is your chance to shape how businesses interact with AI.

What You’ll Do :

• Build and optimize AI agents using Copilot Studio and LLMs.
• Design smart, context-aware responses for business process queries.
• Develop and tune prompts for accuracy, relevance, and continuity.
• Apply reinforcement learning to improve agent behavior over time.
• Create a database of user queries / responses for dynamic learning.
• Ensure agents evolve without breaking existing flows.
