Shift : 7 pm to 4 am (Night Shift)

Location : Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad (work from office only)

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the CFO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules efficiently.
• Prepare and review financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with data analysis, reconciliations, and documentation of key financial metrics.
• Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure timely submission of reports and deliverables.
• Handle email correspondence, follow-ups, and communication on behalf of the CFO.
• Maintain confidential financial and business records with discretion.
• Support in budget tracking, expense management, and vendor coordination.
• Conduct research and data gathering for strategic and financial planning initiatives.
• Assist in project management — tracking deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
• Provide general administrative and executive support as required.
