We’re looking for a results-driven Growth Leader to supercharge our acquisition, conversion, and retention engines. You’ll lead a cross-functional team, unlock new growth channels, and drive measurable sales impact while keeping things running smoothly across all functions.

What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire
- Lead a high-performing team across paid ads, website CRO, SEO, and retention funnels.
- Own the full growth pipeline — from acquisition to conversion to retention.
- Set quarterly targets and track CAC, ROAS, and AOV to maximize impact.
- Build dashboards that give visibility and drive accountability across the team.
Drive Sales & Revenue
Hit ambitious weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth targets (50–100% scale-ups).Analyze sales, pricing, inventory, and campaigns to optimize every decision.Make data-backed calls on promotions, discounts, and marketing spend.Negotiate commercial terms, rebates, and deals with partners / vendors.Expand Channels & Marketplaces
Manage platform POCs and vendors to boost marketplace visibility and performance.Explore new growth channels through marketplaces, partnerships, and collaborations.Drive marketplace initiatives like ads, placements, and merchandising to grow revenue.Ensure Operational Excellence
Coordinate seamlessly with marketing, ops, design, and finance for flawless execution.Track performance daily / weekly, identify gaps, and act fast.Keep founders / leads updated with clear, actionable insights.Be Decisive & Accountable
Make high-quality decisions under pressure.Own results end-to-end and implement corrective actions without delay.What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves :
5+ years in D2C, e-commerce, or marketplace growth.Deep understanding of D2C sales channels (Shopify, marketplaces, etc.)Expertise in growth strategy, funnel building, and conversion optimization.Advanced data analysis & forecasting skills (Excel / SQL).P&L awareness and revenue modeling.Strong negotiation, leadership, and motivational skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Ownership mindset with bias for action.Nice-to-Haves :
Passion for rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making.Strong prioritization, delegation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Decisive with solid business acumen.Primary Competencies : Target ownership, driving execution, decision-making
