About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join a new, high-impact team focused on building AI-integrated features within our Jira-based testing product suite. These roles involve significant autonomy, technical ownership, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

The engineers will work closely with the Data & AI practice leads and report directly to the Product Lead to drive initiatives across three primary areas : MCP server integration, Rovo AI feature development, and Teamwork Graph synchronization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and AI teams to define technical approaches and requirements.
• Own feature development from concept through deployment in a dynamic, discovery-heavy environment.
• Develop and maintain high-quality backend code, APIs, and integration logic.
• Participate in discovery, backlog planning, and defining MVPs with limited requirements.
• Contribute to documentation and share knowledge with stakeholders.
