KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Talent Acquisition :
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for both Non-Tech & Tech roles by utilizing different source mix with minimal vendor support.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
Pre-Joining to Onboarding Formalities :
Manage and maintain documentation related to the pre-joining.Coordinate and manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.People Initiatives & Employee Engagement :
Coordinate various In-person / virtual employee engagement activities and initiatives with focus on people experience and to promote a healthy, engaged, and motivated workforce.Employer Branding and External Communication :
Co-ordinate between Internal stakeholder and agency to develop and execute engaging content for both internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and the company's employer brand.Weekly and Monthly Reports / Dashboards :
Maintain recruitment tracker and prepare bi-weekly reports of Open and Closed Positions, providing insights into recruitment progress and challenges.Prepare monthly HR inputs, including employee data, engagement activities, and other relevant metrics for reporting purposes.SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
1-3 years of experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruitment; strong experience recruiting for Non-Tech & Tech roles.Strong technical capabilities us MS Office and hands on with MS Excel for tracking & maintenance of data.Familiarity with employer branding techniques and external communication platforms (e.g., , Glassdoor, Instagram).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.A proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
