- Create training programs and learning paths that help new hires ramp up quickly and effectively.
- Build ongoing learning programs that ensure our people stay sharp on product updates and industry shifts.
- Organize hackathons, knowledge-sharing sessions, and workshops that spread innovation across regions.
- Develop certifications that validate skills and expertise, ensuring our teams stay confident and credible.
- Help team leaders and technical experts apply consistent best practices worldwide, while bringing feedback back to improve our products and processes.
What we expect from you?
5+ years in enablement, technical training, learning & development, or related roles (SaaS, Martech, or enterprise software preferred).Prior experience working with technical teams (, Solution Architects, Pre-Sales, or Product Specialists) or building technical content.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education / Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).Understanding of SaaS / cloud technologies and enterprise client use cases; comfortable with APIs, integrations, and SaaS architecture.Proven ability in curriculum development, instructional design, and building scalable learning paths. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into digestible, practical training content.Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with excellent written communication for playbooks, guides, and certifications. Experience coaching technical experts and standardizing best practices across multiple regions.Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales, or Marketing teams in a global environment.Hold on!
