The role is contractual - Third party payroll, 1 year renewal annuallyA leading Automotive Brand is looking for candidates for handling the EV charging station operation & maintenanceThe operation and maintenance manager position will manage end-to-end operations, service and maintenance requirement of the assigned area, including customer service interactions,reports, and repairs. Provides the high level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude tomeet SLAs, defining & delivering on requirements, monitoring sites operations and working tosolve breakdowns & managing service request, and parts & inventory
Responsibilities
Owning end to end operations, service & maintenance requirements for the assigned area or number of EV stations
Internal and external stakeholder management
Act as key contact for the vendors and an escalation point for project issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
Coordinate between internal teams and external agencies to deliver on the responsibilities
Regularly audit if vendors’ services are meeting all standards and maintenance and repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly.
Site validation & Testing
Support the rollout team in installation and commissioning of the chargers
To analyse designs / drawings and foresee the flaws and difficulties that may arise during erection & commissioning
Communication
Providing performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects
Conduct regular site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
Daily reporting of the assigned area to the business team
Market reading
Responsible for documentation and governance of the CI operations tracker, maintenance & service activities
Monitor and define breakdown patterns and prepare reports
