Sap ariba upstream lead consultant

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Lead Consultant to manage end-to-end Ariba implementations and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Ariba modules, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience with SAP S / 4 HANA integration. Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage SAP Ariba implementation projects (Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Buying, Invoicing, etc.).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Drive system configuration, solution design, and integration with SAP ERP / S / 4 HANA systems.

Conduct workshops, design reviews, and provide guidance to functional and technical teams.

Handle supplier enablement and catalog management processes.

Ensure successful testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Mentor and guide junior Ariba consultants and team members.

Stay updated on new Ariba features, releases, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience : 8–12 years of overall experience with at least 6+ years in SAP Ariba . Strong hands-on experience in Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Buying, and Invoicing modules. Experience in Ariba Integration with SAP ECC / S4 HANA via CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway). Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2 P) and Source-to-Pay (S2 P) processes. Experience managing end-to-end implementation and rollout projects . Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ariba certification is an added advantage. Nice to Have : Knowledge of SAP Ariba Network , Commerce Automation , and Guided Buying . Experience in Ariba API and integration troubleshooting . Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies .
