Backend Engineer - Python

Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and scale backend systems that power our B2B platform.
• Architect robust APIs, data pipelines, and internal tools using Python, FastAPI, and Django.
• Drive end-to-end ownership from design and development to testing and deployment.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve performance, and make smart architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Lead and mentor a small team, set technical direction, and raise the engineering bar.
