Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Full Stack Developer & Data Engineer to take on a dual role as a Product Manager and Data Engineer. This exciting role will provide hands-on experience in AI, data science, product management, and software development, while contributing to the improvement of our user interface and the development of our software solutions. The command of English is a must and French is a plus. Join us on our mission to transform the real estate landscape!

Key Responsibilities :

AI & Data Science :

• Source global data through custom scrapers, APIs, and automation tools
• Apply machine learning, AI algorithms, and data science techniques to improve existing models.
• Work on developing and fine-tuning custom GPTs for use in various areas of the business.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure data is accurate, cleaned, and integrated for optimal AI model performance.
• Utilize AI tools to generate insights, reports, and automate tasks.
• Conduct data analysis and assist in building predictive models to improve product offerings.

Product Management :

🔹 Lead product development in collaboration with engineers and data teams

🔹 Manage and coordinate outsourced software development partners

🔹 Develop dashboards and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel VBA)

🔹 Build custom LLMs and AI models for automation and intelligence

🔹 Contribute to both frontend and backend development (Python, Node.Js, React, SQL)

🔹 Implement scalable cloud-based architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
