System Administrator – Job Description
Job Summary :
The Senior System Administrator will be responsible for managing our Azure cloud infrastructure, Office
365 environment, email server, end-user computing support, and providing efficient helpdesk services. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of cloud technologies, system administration, and enduser support best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, networking,
and security components.
Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of Azure-based systems.Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for Azure resources.Stay updated with Azure services and recommend solutions to enhance the organization's cloudinfrastructure.
Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the Office 365 environment.Configure and maintain SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other relevantOffice 365 applications.
Ensure data security and compliance by implementing appropriate policies and settings.Serve as a point of contact for technical inquiries and support requests from employees.Implement security measures to safeguard cloud infrastructure, email systems, and end-userdevices.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as a Senior System Administrator, particularly in Azure cloud management,Office 365 administration, and end user support.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate, MCSA :Office 365, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts, virtualization, networking, and securityprinciples.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectivelSkills Required
