Job descriptionAutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (Intermediate), V-Ray / Enscape Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office Suite Architectural Design & Drafting (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, Enscape) Project Coordination (Site + Office) BOQ Preparation & Vendor Coordination Client Interaction & Presentation Construction Detailing & Site Supervision Proficient in MS Project / Excel for progress tracking Min 5 years of relevant experience in land development and construction project management Experience of coordinating with civil contractors, electrical and plumbing vendors Experience in handling vendors, manage site execution, material selection Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field Relevant certification and licensure in architecture or engineering is a plus
