Associate-Risk and Control Specialist

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Risk and Control Specialist to join our team and help us manage and mitigate risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain risk management and control frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability and risk.
- Utilize Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to monitor and manage risk.
- Manage and maintain the AuditBoard platform for audit and compliance activities.
- Oversee access management processes to ensure appropriate access controls are in place.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and reviews.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance risk management practices.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to staff on risk management and control processes.
